1st Customer Review : Excellent design - shoddy manufacturing
The hand blender is very well designed and looks very sturdy. All parts fit on an included stand, so there is little chance to misplace attachments. There is a very easy to use dial on top for smooth change of speed. I used the blender to make aioli (Proven

1st Customer Review : Grinds great; difficult to clean
This is quieter than most conical burr coffee grinders. The ground coffee beans so far have been of a consistent size. Seems to grind consistently and quickly for my needs. So far, I am impressed. The disappointment came when I attempted to clean the machine. The upper conical burr that is supposed to be easily lifted out is locked or frozen and cannot be removed. Although electra craft has responded to my emails regarding this matter, to send it in for repairs will be at my expense. It is still under warranty. I am not sure that I want to invest any more money with expensive shipping charges to and from. I could by another unit somewhere else for less money. My advice, buy a coffee grinder locally where you can return it if it doesn't work.

2nd Customer Review : Bad grinder for the money
I never write reviews, but I thought I should for this to help keep people from buying a product they might not be happy with. I found many flaws with this grinder and was not at all satisfied. First, the description and instruction booklet aren't accurate. There are 15 grind settings, not 10 (but they aren't actually very different between grinds -- see below). The upper burr can be removed (with significant difficulty) and lower can't be removed. This makes brushing out and cleaning the deeper parts of the grinder fairly difficult. Also, the instruction booklet advises against filling the ground coffee container above the max fill line, but there IS no max line on the ground coffee container. In actual use, I was not at all satisfied with the quality of grind this grinder produced. I used this for french press coffee and the grinder doesn't grind coarse enough or consistently. There was a lot of dust and smaller bits so that when I would go to press my pot, the plunger...
3rd Customer Review : Are we all reviewing the same grinder?
My experience is totally the opposite of some of these reviews. First, it is not quiet, it sounds something like the vacuum cleaner - but that doesn't bother me for the time it takes to grind enough coffee for a cup.

I've started grinding again recently as I've been buying my beans in bulk (cheaper). Pulled out my old Pavani, which I use for regular coffee, and bought this Espressione unit which I use for decaf. I only do one cup at a time.

The grind is beautifully fine (and consistent) - and I could go finer if I wanted to, which would be several grinds finer than my Pavoni gives me. Whenever I finish grinding with the Pavani, there are grounds sticking to the top and sides of the gound coffee hamper; I open it up and get a certain amount of ground coffee around the counter area. When I grind with the Espressioni there is very little static, no coffee is stuck to the lid and very little to the sides and bottom. My counter stays completely clean, and I don't...

1st Customer Review : Worked perfect right out of the box
Just purchased this unit, (actually the 1334 not the 1334/1, the only difference is less stainless steel exterior). I read hundreds of reviews on all kinds of models and spent way to much time going to the stores here in Florence, Italy looking and comparing and talking to the sales reps. Like most items if you get a bad one you hate it and if you get a good one it is the best there is! So many units are plastic and so light weight that they really scared me. Even the old names out there seem to have models that look and feel cheap and you wonder how long they will last? I narrowed it down to the Ariete Minuetto, Gaggia Evolution and the DeLonghi EC 310 models. I was on a tight budget so that made things a little difficult to sort out as well. The DeLonghi had lots of reviews and the highest user satisfaction rating but two things turned me away, 50 euros higher in cost and it felt light and seemed kind of cheap. The Gaggia was pretty plastic and light as well and was...

2nd Customer Review : Excellent
I purchased this espresso machine in Nov '11 as a birthday gift for my husband. Since then it has been used minimum twice a day. it makes excellent coffee, espresso, and latte's... perfect temperature, perfect rich taste. IT is very easy to use, and clean... it takes very little for the water temperature to warm up, and it makes little noise. Granted the knob did come off a month ago, but unlike the previews reviewer, we are a little more handy and figured out it only needed two screws to fix, now it will never come off. it is incredibly sleek, and professional looking, takes little space, and still have not tasted better drinks on any other machine or shop. We've saved soooo much money and gas! :)
3rd Customer Review : This Machine Rocks!
Okay, seriously this lil machine (not a lightweight one either) really puts out a fast and furious brewed espresso! I LOVE it! super fast, super easy to use. I honestly have no complaints about it. I am such a "detail" person who does all my legwork before I purchase and I scored with this one! The "knob" is fine, IF it does fall off like others have claimed, it would be such an easy quick fix. Don't NOT buy it because of this. Really it's a strong knob. I place my muffins on the warmer on top occasionally...so nice! The first time I used it I packed the espresso grounds too tight, ya barely need to press them down. The key to a good perfect flow is packing them just lightly, otherwise it will clog the holes and cause it to not flow smoothly. You will get a nice lil foamy topping automatically on the espresso, just like a quality coffee house. Finally a machine that DOES what it says. Be blown away, get one!
p.s.....add a lil brown sugar to bottom of cup before...

1st Customer Review : Great Fryer!
I purchased this as a replacement to a dead Krups, which no longer sells or supports fryers. So I'm not new to fryers. Before my purchase I did quite a bit of research before I settled on this one. I needed a large fryer for things like fish and chicken.

I've had it about 3 weeks and put it through it's paces. I made Fish & Chips, Corn Dogs, Chili Rellenos, Fried Chicken. Fried Oysters, Fried Zucchini, Fried Mushrooms, Potato Chips, Fried Cheese Sticks and even Fried Twinkies.

The only semi-down side is that I have to add more oil then Waring suggests. I added an extra 64 once bottle. It only raised the level about one inch. So plenty of room. After that is was great. I use peanut oil to fry. The unit heats up to 375 in about 15 minutes. It held the temperature very well. Everything I made came out great!I did not use the two small baskets, The only reason for those would be to fry two different things at the same time. I was able to use my dead fryer and some...

2nd Customer Review : Waring Deep Fryer
Nicely constructed. Heats up very fast. I was torn on whether to buy a small, medium, or large fryer. This does take a lot of oil. If you want to keep fishy type of oil separate from other frying oils, it is kind of a hassle being so large. Or you could by one small and this large. The large basket is great for big portions. The temperature dropped only slightly when frying chicken. So far so good!
3rd Customer Review : Works okay
Pro's - simple set up, easy to clean, no directions needed.
Con's - no catch screen under baskets. Baskets sit on top of heating element. No filter.
Design could have been better. Baskets hook on side when draining: large basket should have two hooks but only has one in middle and has a tendency to flip if food is off balance when draining/unloading. Cleans easily. Would recommend, worth paying $80 max for this item - wait for it to go on sale.

Product Features :

• Removable 1800-watt immersion style heating element
• One-gallon removable enamel-coated oil container withpouring spout
• One large and 2 small heavy mesh baskets with cool-touchcollapsible handles
• 30 minute digital timer and temperature control; Lid with viewing window
