1st Customer Review : not so hot
We ordered this through Airmiles points. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a review of this product but figured with a $140 price tag it should make decent coffee. Well the coffee is not very hot and the carafe doesn't keep it hot. It also takes up a lot of counter space. We ended up buying a $22 Black & Decker instead which makes very hot coffee!
