The coffee maker is very good , it takes a few pots to learn how to make the coffee right. I like it but if i was in a rush, i would hate it.The two issues i have that are negative are ,the pot itself leaks when you pour.it leaks with only hot fluids. I tested it with cold water , it did not leak. With hot water, it leaks were the glass meets the plastic rim. The second, it takes a while to make the coffee.other than that , it works just fine....

3rd Customer Review : Don't waste your money
Bought this item, and noticed that it never shut down. Even if I turned it off, the unit was still warm, and the warming place ...hot!
When I would start to make coffee in the a.m., and lifted the cover, hot steam would pour out into my face. I contacted the company, the customer service literally took 3 weeks to tell me I was "eligible for a replacement"! Like I waited 3 weeks to not have a coffeemaker, I could have faced a fire hazard here,folks. Told them to just send me the $$$ I paid for it, and I'll forget this ever happened. Actually, I'm not because I just wrote a review about them.
