1st Customer Review : Cools well for what it is
Desperate due to Central Air being out in my home and delays getting a new unit in I bought one of these as a stop gap solution. I have to say i am honestly impressed with what it is able to do. I have used it primarily in closed rooms as large as 20x17 and it takes a litlle while but within an hour the room is comfortable and within 2 it is down right pleasant. The fact that it states it as dripless has made me a bit nervous but I have taken the time to try and drain and the unit is producing barely any water at all as advertised. So for my needs this has been a great product and nice to have in case of emergencies.

2nd Customer Review : Works better than my central air!
I use this to supplement my central air. My central air was running non stop in the 100 degree weather and it was still hot in the house. I turn that central air up to 79 and shut the bedroom doors and turn the portable down to 72 in the living room which is open to a dining room and a kitchen. It's much cooler in the living room now. It's easy to setup and blows very cold air. I put a fan in front of it and it blows super cold air across the entire room. It lowered my utility bill and made us much more comfortable. We even roll it into the bedroom sometimes at night when we want it super cold in there because it's so easy to move. It has also lowered the stress on my central air conditioner which was never cutting off. It was 104 outside today and in the house, I had no idea.
