1st Customer Review : Watch out - way overpriced by 3rd party sellers here on amazon
We've been researching the refillable capsules for Nepresso and decided to go with this one as it is BPA free plastic, and stainless steel in the lid - no aluminium (which has been correlated to Alzheimers causing plaques in the brain, and unfortunately what the regular Nepresso capsules are made of).
In order to try and figure out what the metal was in the lid of these My-Kap's (also called My-Cap's) I found the direct website and on the website you can order 10 of the capsules for 24.99 and free delivery. This amazon seller wants that price for only 5 - might want to check out the product site directly until Amazon sells them directly (rather than through 3rd party sellers) for a good price.
Also, the comments about the silicone seal not staying in place are addressed on their website as well as other concerns. Here is the instructions from the direct website on the silicone seal:

2nd Customer Review : LOVE these caps
These caps work just fine in my Nespresso machine, which was made after 2010 as this product pointed out was for my machine's compatibility. And this is a five pack versus a three pack.
I read the instructions, followed them to a "T", and "Sha-zam!", I had a great tasting and perfect espresso! it does take a minute to NOT tamp the grounds to tight, use regular espresso coffee that is ground fine, I positioned the "kap" in with the lid tab up, NOT where you open it, that side goes down into your machine, and I did have to cut off the little "rubber" band for the machine to eject the capsule after brewing. The only thing I noticed was a little water leakage in the capsule/pod tray after ejection but it was not enough to affect the espresso!

3rd Customer Review : Great Idea! Poor execution.
The My-Kap holds only 2/3 the amount of grinds as the Pods. That alone makes this product a "Fail." You can't get the same result with 67% of the grinds.
The My-Kap fits awkwardly in my Kespresso D120. Why the My-Kap doesn't replicate the Nespresso Pods exactly is a mystery to me and counter to what the product eludes.
The kit does include a silicon ring that it suggests using on models newer than 2009. But, the silicon ring refuses to stay on the My-Kap's slippery cone shape. It's as if no one tested this product.
The My-Kap is a poor substitute for the pods. The closest I could come towards making a cappuccino, was by using 2 My-Kaps back to back. The results were a bit watery, but may be worth it as an alternative to using a drip coffee maker.
